Zuku opens another shop in Dar

Dar es Salaam,  June 24, 2015. Zuku Company that deals in selling decoders in the country has launched another shop at Victoria in Kinondoni District, Dar es Salaam.
The newly opened shop is part of the company’s strategies of this year to improve its services and bring them closer to people so as to move with the digital system.
Speaking during the launch, Zuku Company Managing Director Richard Bell said the shop would provide its services to both residents of Dar es Salaam and those of other regions so that all the customers could have access to decoder services.
“The Zuku shop launch in Kinondoni District is a very important step, for it brings us closer to our customers, who will no doubt be provided with the services that satisfy their needs and those of the nation as a whole,” said Mr. Bell.
He pointed out that that the opening of the outlet was a move forward in terms of development since the packages found in the Zuku decoders had been well improved such as Poa package, Zuku Classic Package  and many others.
Elaborating further, Mr, Bell said Star TV programs would also be screened through the decoders since the target had been to satisfy the needs of all people in and outside Dar es Salaam.

“Now we have been able to improve our Zuku decoder programs starting from those designed for children to those for adults, a move that will help customers get what they need most,” he said.
He revealed that they had put in place a good system for clients to go to the shop and make their payments because by doing so it would help them avoid the people with the intention of tampering with a payment system and disturbing customers.
He revealed that Zuku Company was the one that set an indicative price that is supposed to be observed in all regions without any price increase.
Zuku Company was established in Tanzania in 2012 and has more than..........customers in and outside Dar as Salaam.  The decoder is sold at Tsh75,000 minus connection charges.
The company has been introduced after changes were made in the broadcasting system from the analogy to digital system,  a procedure that is followed all over the world.
The changes come after the UN member nations agreed upon the International Telecommucations Union Charter signed in 2005 in Geneva, Switzerland.
